All contracted work shall be governed by a written agreement executed prior to project initiation. Peterson Electric, LLC disclaims responsibility for pre-existing deficiencies or conditions unrelated to the services we provided. We similarly disclaim liability for damages arising from subsequent modifications, alterations, or interventions performed by other parties following completion of our work.
Clients must provide complete and accurate information regarding property characteristics, electrical system history, prior modifications, and known hazards including but not limited to asbestos presence, outdated wiring configurations, or structural anomalies. Clients shall ensure lawful and safe access for our personnel and equipment, furnish correct property and contact details, and disclose any operational restrictions such as time-of-day limitations or homeowners association regulations.
Noncompliance with these disclosure and access requirements may result in project delays, cost adjustments, or refusal to perform the contracted services.
