  • Our invoices are thorough to document the electrical work order accessed and any major safety concerns for the future. Gives property manager documentation to present to the owner.
  • Allow work orders to be in paid 2-4 weeks. No later, unless pre-authorization.

Employees & Identification:

  • Typically only send out 1 service tech for 90%  of our calls. This keeps the over-head lower. If a 2nd service tech apprentice is needed, it is available and we obtain approval before hand. All our employees are screened drug testing and terrorist check.

  • Northern Colorado minimum hour charge of $60.00 plus trip charge of $20.00 (Berthoud to Wellington)
